Important Notice

Please accept my most humble apology for delays to dispatch some Cafetto orders to you.

Due to the Covid-19 situation, delays are being encountered throughout the supply chain - from raw material deliveries, supplier manufacturing/dispatch and freight delivery to end retailers like me. 😞

Our long overdue order (placed mid-March) arrived Friday 17 April however, I was horrified to see the 1kg Restore Descaler was on back order at Cafetto (due to a manufacturing hold up).

We've since been advised by Cafetto that manufacturing recommenced last week, with back orders dispatched Friday, to arrive early this week.

I certainly didn't expect to be holding orders for any extended period of time and I'm frustrated and disappointed that I've let you down. This hold up has left me in a very vulnerable position with regard to my business reputation - I am so sorry.

I humbly ask for your patience and understanding while I wait for my backorder delivery of Restore Desaler Powder and dispatch this to you as quickly as possible.

If you can't wait any longer, I completely understand and am happy to cancel and provide a full refund.

This inconvenience was never my intention - I am trying my absolute best in the current situation we're currently faced with due to Covid-19 disruptions. 😞
