On behalf of the St Thomas P & F Association, we would like to thank the Mareeba community and the amazing stallholders for their wonderful support of the Mareeba Markets for more than 25 years.

The Lions Club of Mareeba has now taken on the role of coordinating this incredible community event so please make sure to support them as they move back to the 100 Park from 8th June 2024.

The Mareeba Markets at the 100 Park (Centenary Park) are coordinated by the Lions Club of Mareeba.
Held every 2nd and 5th Saturday of the month, with 100-150 stalls on display.

There’s some beautiful weather for our Markets today so make sure you come down and support our amazing stallholders at the Mareeba Turf Club for one last time!

One more sleep until Mother’s Day so pop down and grab a gift for mum, grab some plants, stock up on some local fruit & veg and grab a bite to eat!

The Mareeba Turf Club also have a race day starting after the markets so stick around and enjoy the day ☀️

Stock up on some local veggies, get your Mother’s Day presents sorted early, have some breakfast or lunch and see the wonderful items on offer from our amazing stallholders!

Just a reminder that this is a dog free venue.

Message from Principal of St Thomas:

I am aware there is a Mareeba Market meeting taking place at 1pm today at Centenary (100) Park. This meeting has not been organised by the St Thomas P & F Mareeba Markets Committee.

Any comments made by Michael Alba suggesting he represents the views of St Thomas P & F and for School Leadership is not to be taken as the school's position on the future of the Mareeba Markets. Mr Alba has no authority to speak on behalf of the school. Whatever his interpretation or representation of a recent meeting had with Mr Alba and the Principal of the school is to be taken as Mr Alba's version only.

Mrs Malcolm - P & F President has made the decision not to attend the meeting as she will contact the stallholders soon and arrange another time when she knows more. Mrs Malcolm has been working hard to gather information and talk to relevant people about the best way forward.
