Smart Gear: I myself use this clever Ultimate Amp Stand each weekend, and it's a compact but tough folding stand with locking mech, adjustable angle, and height adjustable mic fitting to eliminate having another stand with a mic while on stage. It's also perfect for open back amps. There's one left in stock at $59 but I'm expecting price rises on these brands next time I order.
I also stock black goosenecks in two lengths to handle mic duties with this amp stand.
Btw; It can handle a lot. I used to use it with a Marshall 100w open back twin with great ease but these days it supports my Boss Katana Artist 100.

Which brand of acoustic pickup do I do the most repairs on?
This brand. It's not because they're bad, but many are well over 40yo by now. Maton have done a lot of things very, very, well, but one of their lesser ideas is having the battery in the preamp sitting upside down so it can leak into the internals.
This one needed some dry joints seen to and a new 9v plug while we're at it. I always solder the batt conn into the circuit board but I've seen plenty that have come in and the wires were cut and joined when it could have been done properly, but what would I know? Don't answer that!!!

I carry many types of new machine head sets for your pride and joy.
It's not expensive to refresh your guitar with a new set and many are just $35 plus fitting. I also carry ukulele sets too.
The hard part may be deciding which type you'd like, for example, I have 5 or 6 different types here just for classical guitar.
Pic shows that there's also Fender machine head sets including the locking type with their own pricing.

Due to unforseen changes, my Eftpos terminal is out of order and while this is going on, I will use the opportunity to investigate more affordable options.
Now that sales is winding down, I cant justify the $$$ each month that they've been taking out of my weathered hide!
