Mansfield Power Ag Achieves Kubota Dealer Excellence Award and Five Star Service Certification
Mansfield Power Ag is proud to announce two significant milestones in our partnership with Kubota. Just 18 months after becoming a Kubota dealership, we have been awarded a Kubota Dealer Excellence Award and have also achieved the prestigious status of a Kubota Five Star Service Centre Dealer.
The Kubota Dealer Excellence Program is designed to support dealers in delivering high-quality products and services across the Agriculture, Construction, and Power Equipment sectors. The program provides a structured framework that promotes efficiency, reliability, sustainable growth, and excellence in every aspect of dealership operations.
The award recognises performance in key areas including:

Kubota Five Star Service Centre Dealers undergo a comprehensive assessment by Kubota's national service department every two years. To achieve certification, dealers must maintain more than 150 standards across five key areas:
Facility
Ensuring the dealership has the required facilities and workshop capabilities to service Kubota products to the highest standard.
Tools
Maintaining the specialised tools required to diagnose, repair, and service Kubota equipment.
Staff
Employing qualified service personnel, including dedicated service management, to support customers and their machinery.
Operations
Demonstrating industry-leading operational processes, including machine pre-delivery, installation procedures, customer satisfaction standards, and timely completion of factory campaigns and recalls.
Training
Committing to ongoing technician development through annual training programs conducted by Kubota's National Training Institute in Melbourne.
