A new delivery of the wonderful free range biodynamic pork products is in store! We absolutely love their rillettes, which are rich, unctuous and full flavoured and so good just spread on sourdough toast.
Lauren and family have a 100-acre farm, where their Berkshire pigs range freely in their paddocks. Their farming practices are natural, chemical-free and biodynamically driven and their number-one priority is a stress-free life for their pigs. The pigs are fed a 100% chemical & meat-free diet and the meat is hormone free and cured onsite. What’s more they are working towards 100% carbon neutral status which is an incredible goal. Le Marquis Brie is tasting incredible right now! Oozy, buttery and unctuous, with aromas of mushroom and truffle and flavours of cauliflower and sautéed cabbage. A true farmhouse brie made from a single herd of predominantly Friesan cows, south west of Paris.

Gorgeous creamy, aromatic and meaty Epoisses! This cheese owes its pungent character to a regular washing in Marc de Bourgogne over a 4-6 week period, which encourages the growth of the pinky orange Brevibacterium moulds. Epoisses is a cheese with a long history, having been made in Burgundy since the 1700s and reputedly enjoyed by Napoleon.
