For the month of January, in the window of the Manilla Folder 200 Manilla St., Manilla, “The Dance We Do” is featured, an oil on canvas by Marilynne Barnes. The work reflects on the interconnectedness of humanity, illustrating how each individual existence forms part of a continuous circular chain. It speaks to the way our actions thoughts, and beliefs, ripple outwards, influencing people, places and communities we may never personally encounter.
In December Marilynn in collaborating with Tamworth Regional Council and fellow artist Dianna Wallace will presented an exhibition of their works to raise awareness of homeless among older women.
If you would like more information on the artwork please call Marilynne on 0417 336 278.
