Hi, I’m Byron, founder of Upscale Music.

I started Upscale because I know firsthand what a difference great teachers and a supportive music community can make.

Our mission is simple: help kids discover music, experience the joy of playing, and thrive together, no matter their background.

We blend fun, games, and group learning with quality teaching, so every child feels welcome, challenged, and excited to grow.

The Upscale Music "Music Ninja Challenge"

We’re levelling up our bands, karate-style! Each coloured wristband is a symbol of progress, and now it’s time to show it off.

This week, snap a photo or video of your child practising their music at home, post it, and tag for your chance to WIN a family movie pass to Event Cinemas!

There are TWO movie packs up for grabs:
🎬 One for students who take part in the challenge
🎬 One for family and friends who FOLLOW the Upscale Music page, and like and comment on the student posts.

SOLVE INSTRUMENT SERVICING FOR YOUR MUSIC STUDENTS AND BANDS

We know how busy families can be, so we’re offering a convenient group servicing option for private instruments alongside school owned instrument servicing. This popular option saves parents a trip to the music shop while ensuring students’ instruments are in top shape for next term.

Here’s how it works:
1. Parents Register their instrument online via our simple form on the Upscale Music website.

2. Drop off the instrument at school, or music with music teacher during the final week of term.
3. We take care of the rest: Instruments are delivered to Upscale Music by school staff or If the group is large, we can arrange pick-up and return.
4. Easy billing: Parents are billed individually for private instruments, while the school is invoiced separately for school-owned instruments.
5. Return made simple: Serviced instruments are returned to the school, either collected by staff or delivery can be arranged.

This process makes it easier than ever for families to keep instruments in excellent condition while lessons and bands run smoothly.
