Refund Policy
Exchanges (or a store credit if and exchange is unavailable) will be offered on items provided they are returned to Jayne's Jackets by tracked postage within 14 days of receipt . Items must be returned unworn and in their original condition with tags attached and in original packaging. . Returns/exchanges will NOT be given on special orders , made to measure items or Millinery. Al
l sales on reduced and clearance items are final, so please choose carefully. In the unlikely event that an item is proven to be faulty, a refund, exchange or store credit will be offered
Please contact Jayne's Jackets for a return authority. If an item is returned without a return authority it will unfortunately be returned to sender.
