We’re growing—and we’re looking for a Service Administration Manager to help drive our service department forward.

🔧 About the Role
This is a key position within our dealership, responsible for keeping our busy workshop running efficiently behind the scenes.
You’ll work closely with our Service Manager, Workshop Controller along with our administration team, technicians, parts team, and customers to ensure every job—from routine servicing to major repairs—is processed smoothly and professionally.

✅ Key Responsibilities
• Oversee daily service administration operations
• Manage job costing, invoicing, and warranty claims across all major brands
• Coordinate workshop bookings and technician workflow
• Maintain accurate service records and reporting
• Liaise with parts and sales departments to support workshop efficiency
• Deliver exceptional customer service at every touchpoint
• Monitor performance and improve systems and processes
• Lead and support administration staff where required

👤 About You
• Experience in a service admin, dealership, or workshop environment
• Strong organisational skills with great attention to detail
• Confident communicator with a customer-first mindset
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with agricultural, construction, or power equipment (highly regarded)
• Leadership experience is a bonus, but not essential
