Last night at the World Street Eats Night Market and today at the Banksia Makers Market… what a fabulous couple of days! 💜

A huge THANK YOU to everyone who stopped by the Tamar Fudge stall for a sweet treat, a chat, a laugh or just to say hello. These events are about so much more than fudge — they’re about community, connection and sharing a little joy (with plenty of sugar involved 😄).

We met so many wonderful people, had some fantastic conversations, shared lots of laughs and loved seeing both familiar faces and new fudge lovers discovering us for the first time.

To the organisers, fellow stallholders and everyone who braved the crowds and came out to support local small businesses — thank you for making both events so special.

We’re tired, happy and incredibly grateful. 💜
Now… time to restock the fudge trays again! 😅

🥈 SILVER – Lavender & Toffee Swirl Fudge (featuring Bridestowe lavender)

As a small Tasmanian business creating handcrafted fudge inspired by the incredible wines, spirits and produce of the Tamar Valley, this recognition means the world to us. 💜
