Ok. So I want you to know that we did some climbing. 🧗 🤨 it was a class 5 walk apparently. There wasn’t much walking! 🤦‍♀️ so, picture one gives you an idea of where we started. Waaaaaay up there where the look out is…. Suspended over the canyon if you please 🫣 Steve is standing at the bottom of the canyon… probs wondering what ever we’re doing. 😵‍💫. Picture two shows you the type of climb. 🫨. Our walking poles weren’t much use! Just so you know. 🤷‍♀️For future reference and the like. 🧗.

O my. ❤️. What a place. Karijini is SPECTACULAR! Do you hear me? 🤭. Just INCREDIBLE! You have to go. You just do. You descend and then climb and clamber and skid and swim and trip and do all sorts of things and stop and stare and be gobsmacked and amazed. And take photos. Millions of them. And videos. Millions of them too 🤦‍♀️ and you come away slightly spell bound. 🥰 just do it. I promise you won’t regret it. 😜. Ummm… but we did get told off 🫣you see, you’re not to start your generators before 8am…. Ours got going at 3 minutes to 7. Oops… didn’t know about that rule 😮but we enjoyed our coffee 🤪

We’ll probably stay here for ever. You may never see us again.. 🏝️ that’s what we were thinking… and then the mozzies found us. 🤬 so we slapped and we danced while we ate tea💃🏼 then we packed up at high speed and dashed back to the caravan and slammed the door. 🙄 and that was the end of a beautiful sunset 🤣

We saw the cactus garden. And felt it 🤭 I bent over to take a photo…😮 we also drove the ‘fruit loop’. It was less fruity, and more loopy 🤷‍♀️But we got capsicum, a few bananas, mango chutney, papaya… and that’ll do. We’ll get back on the road tomorrow. 🤔. We’re eating well. Mr Woolworths has opened a few stores, so that’s helpful. Haven’t had to starve again after our first night🫣. Hopefully no more pumpkin gnocchi and sardines. Ever. 😵‍💫

Random bunch of photos. 🤭 saw the blow holes. They’re cool. 😎 and the cliffs. Sea looked a bit scary there 😬 had a swim on the beach 🏝️ gorgeous and warm 😊 looked at peoples back yards 🤪 as you do… and saw a gorgeous sunset… again…. They’re best in the west. ❤️. Today we’re doing the ‘fruit loop’ 🤣 and stuff. Did you know 80% of WA’s produce comes from here? Me neither 🤷‍♀️ might go visit the cactus farm. 🌵 I have a plan..😈 if Steve misbehaves I’m gonna accidentally trip and fall into him…. And…. You can guess the rest.. 🤭

Ya gotta watch her!🤨Let’s see how long he stays there! If ya want to know more, ask her! 🤪 or , or make sure you’ve made yourself a coffee and grabbed a comfy seat first! 🫣

Pretty sure our steering mechanism is going to seize from lack of use…😮 turned two corners today 😜. Gorgeous country up here. 😎 disturbed a random bunch of goats… saw a sports car hooning along with the big trucks and holiday makers. 😆 even saw an ev charging station. In the middle of nowhere. Brand new… hardly been used🤭🤷‍♀️. Interesting..🤔. Diesel is cheaper than the roadhouses on the forest highway. Think I might come up here to fill my tank 🙄

After driving for some time today… we started discussing what we were going to have for dinner tonight. 🤔as you do… and then it hit me. I didn’t even go grocery shopping for fresh food before we left. 🤷‍♀️🤦‍♀️The fridge is bare. The cupboards have some interesting ingredients… so it was eggs, gnocchi and sardines for Steve and gnocchi and sardines for me. 🤭. We’ll get the hang of this eventually. If we don’t starve in the meantime. 🙄 not bad for say one! 🫣

Yep…. This is the ‘welcome home’ morning WA presented me with this morning. I’ll take it, Thankyou very much. 🥰. Felt pretty happy to be greeted like this! Not quite as good as stepping off the plane and seeing the husband after two weeks❤️ that kinda trumped everything else! True story!💃🏼

He’s Probs gonna hate me. 🤭. But he doesn’t have Instagram 💪 so I’ll be safe for a few hours🤣. We are now officially ’painters’ And I want you all to know that safety is our priority. 😏. Correct footwear, ladders, and the like. 🙄. You’ll never have to worry about slips, trips, or falls in OUR work place. 😵‍💫. We’ve soooo got this!
