Big news from Minori Pantry

Minori Pantry has officially sold and is handing over to Beales BgF.

A heartfelt thank you to the community for supporting us since we opened in June 21.
While it's a time for a new chapter, rest assured - the beautiful food you know and love will continue with some exciting changes on the horizon.

Hey Kyogle,
Just a little update for our trading hours moving into the cooler months! Starting from the 2nd of June, our team will be enjoying 2 days off to recharge their batteries for an incredible 5 days of trade!

Running a cafe seven days a week has been an incredible journey, but the truth is, we’re a little weary, and we’re looking at ways to encourage better balance for our team so we can keep showing up with full hearts (and hot coffee!!).

So with that being said, here are our new trading hours!

Our updated hours from June will be:
🗓️ Monday & Tuesday: Closed (Team days)
🗓️ Wednesday to Friday: 7:00am to 2:30pm
🗓️ Saturday: 7:00am to 2:00pm
🗓️ Sunday: 8:00am to 2:00pm

Thank you for all the years of support, the friendly faces, and the everyday moments we get to share. We’re still here, still cooking, and always grateful to be part of this incredible community. 🧡

🐝 From hive to jar, right here at Minori 🧡
Not many know, but Brendan and I keep our very own bees! That golden honey you see on our shelves (and drizzled over your brekkie) comes straight from our little farm.

Made with care, harvested by hand, and packed with all the good stuff, our honey is as local as it gets.
Next time you’re in, grab a jar or taste it in something sweet off the menu.
We know the bees would be proud. 🐝
