Exciting Update on the NSWGR KA Tramcar!

The very first KA tramcar has been successfully assembled! Our pilot model is fully built and painted, allowing us to test every component. This process has highlighted a few minor areas for improvement, which we’re addressing now.

Once these refinements are complete and the wheels and bearings arrive, we’ll begin packing and shipping kits to everyone who placed a pre-order. We’ll also start assembling and painting the ready-to-run models for delivery.

With the last stock of the old Far North Hobbies 1855 E bolster wagons being sold, Redfern Works has created new 3D files and are now printing and producing their own version of the kit. Complete with wheels, brake gear, bolsters, buffers and decals.
