You may have noticed that we have been doing less markets and shows this year. We are indeed winding back. I celebrated my 71st birthday today, and so it seems reasonable to be doing less.

Tomorrow though is one of our favourite events. It’s the Moondyne festival in Toodyay. Should be a great day for it too.

Sorry people. We won't be at the Kalamunda Christmas twilight market this Friday. Lisa is unwell. I still recommend you go if you can. It should be a great evening. Merry Christmas to you all and best wishes for 2026.

10 days to Christmas day! Very little time to find something unique for a friend or family member. Friday evening you might do well to visit Kalamunda on Stirk Park. It should be a lovely evening. There will be plenty of food choices, entertainment and a wide range of market stall.

It is the last market we will be at this year and then we are taking a very long break until Sunday the 8th of March when we will be at the Eaton Fair.

Last night was a very pleasant event at Guildford Twilight Market Stirling Square.

Christmas is approaching quickly. We are attending a lot fewer markets these days and so between now and Christmas we will be at Whitfords Nodes park on the morning of Sunday the 7th of December.

Then on Friday the 19th of December from 5pm until 9pm we will be on Stirk Park Kalamunda for Kalamunda Night Market Christmas. Always a great market with plenty of food, entertainment and stalls for that last minute Christmas gift.

The weather is looking pretty nice. Certainly a lot better than forecast earlier in the week. Kelmscott show should be its usual wonderful day out for the family.

This Sunday Toodyay hold their annual Moondyne festival. It's a great day with many folks dressing in 19th century attire. A Nineteenth century regiment in uniforms of the day fire 19th century fi****ms (with blanks). Miscreant Moondyne Joe is captured and tried. It's all good fun.

Plus there is food and stalls, including ours.

Lisa and I hope you have had a great Christmas and will enjoy a terrific year ahead. We had a busy market schedule leading up to Christmas. We are taking a break for the first couple of months of 2025.
