ADMINISTRATION OFFICER
Parrys Merchants are a family owned food and consumable wholesaler based in Karratha. We are searching for an Administration Officer (junior or experienced). This job is residential Karratha based position is full time.

Essential Criteria
• Great customer service skills
• Basic Microsoft Office skills
• Ability to lift 15kg for customer orders
• Hard working and can follow instructions
• Attention to detail
• Quick learner and calm under pressure
• Ability to work in small team

Job Descriptions
• Entering sales invoice
• Entering purchase orders
• Taking customer orders and answering questions
• Directing store person and driver
• Answering phones and assisting customers or suppliers
• Answering customer emails
• Picking and packing orders for walk in customers
• Additional tasks based on experience and career development
• General Office Cleaning Duties

Roster and Remuneration- Residential
• Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm but can be flexible depending on applicants
• Above award pay commensurate with experience
• All training provided in house

This role would suit a person looking for a hands-on administration role with a fun and friendly small team. Parrys merchants is located in Karratha LIA and is the biggest food distributor in the Pilbara who supply local roadhouses, cafes, hotels and camps with food, cleaning supplies and packaging.
