After many drafts and a lot of reflection, I’ve decided to step down from my role as a Thermomix Consultant.

This wasn’t an easy decision, but it feels like the right one for our family right now. While I didn’t qualify for the TM7, what really guided this choice was our focus on saving for a home in Perth — a goal that’s become our top priority.

I’m incredibly grateful for the wonderful customers and friends I’ve connected with over nearly five years in this role. You’ve made the journey so rewarding, and you’ll continue to be supported by another fantastic consultant.

I’ll still be here as a Thermomix Ambassador and would be happy to refer you to a consultant if you're interested in purchasing a machine. And of course, my love for Thermomix isn’t going anywhere — I’ll continue sharing my cooking adventures here.

Thank you for all the support. I’m excited for what’s next and wish you all the best on your own Thermomix journeys!

Another winner Skinnymixers dinner!

I’m heading away tomorrow for school camp so wanted a delicious meal before I go.

From Dinners 3 tonight’s meal is the Tandoori Chicken Curry with Garlic Butter Rice. 🍚

A delicious meal that everyone ate and liked. I did have to sub sour cream for the yoghurt in the marinade and I did add some coconut cream to the sauce because I can’t handle meals that don’t have a lot of sauce since having my sleeve. The back plate is my bowl and I’ve eaten most of it.

A meal we will definitely gave again over winter.

Busy afternoon in the kitchen.

It’s Coopers birthday tomorrow so today was cake making day.

I brought Woolies mudcakes because they are delicious and made my job easier. Covered in biscoff buttercream crumb coat then covered in neon green and black buttercream.

In between doing crumb coat, I made some schnitzels for dinner using Skinnymixers Everything salt and homemade bread crumbs. Then chopped some potatoes, tossed them in Ace of BBQ rub and popped them in the oven. To serve I topped the schnitzels with Cowboy butter that I had in the freezer. A delicious easy dinner!

Then after dinner it was time to finish his cake. 🎂 toppings going on tomorrow, chocolates and lollies and a topper I made.

skinnymixer Burria Tacos from SkinnyAmerica for tonight’s dinner.

Meat In the slow cooker for the day and I finished it while Taylor was at Coopers training in Osbourne Park.

This is a delicious easy dinner for a cold night. The hardest part is making the tacos 🌮

Loaded vege Spag Bol!

I base this loosely on Skinnymixers Chunky Bolognese. But I cook it on the stove top as I add more mince and load it up with vege.

Tonight it was zucchini, celery, carrot, onion & Garlic.
I add 1kg of pork/beef mince
700g of Passata
1 can of crushed tomatoes
1 TBSP Beef stock paste
Herbs of choice.
Worcester
Tomato paste
1/4C water
I let it reduce down for around half an hour.

Bonus is there is leftovers to feed us for the rest of the week 😂

Yes I still use my cooktop and my oven. But they go hand in hand with my Thermomix to make my busy mum life easier!

I did the onions and garlic in my Thermomix in 2 seconds and then carried on on my cooktop for the rest of tonight’s delicious dinner!

Skinnymixers Turkish Mince Bowls made into wraps using Lebanese wraps I had in the freezer. On the table in under 20 minutes!

When your child who has been playing a huge weekend of States Machine pitch requests Mac & Cheese for dinner you know you can deliver it quickly!

In understand 10 minutes from start to finish without having to stir anything and he is eating and happy. 😃 Also this tired mumma is fed too because she’s been up since 4 to get ready to be at the fields by 7.

I throw whatever cheese I have leftover bits of blocks of in my thermie and 3 seconds sp 5, then add 50g flour, 50g butter, 500g milk, 1 tsp garlic powder and 1/2t of sweet paprika 8 min 90° sp 3. Or use thicken mode.

I still cook the pasta on stove top so they are ready at the same time. Once mixed together I add in half a cup of my pizza blend I have in the freezer because Lincoln likes the stretchy cheese 😝
