✈️ CHASE FLIGHTS – KDR 2025 ✈️
We know you all love getting in the air to chase the action — and this year, demand is already sky high!
Due to limited aircraft availability, here’s how they will work for 2025
1. Prologue Chase Flight Booking Requests will ALL be subject to approval, based on Start Times.
Prologue Bookings will be allocated on a first-in, best-dressed basis. (so PLEASE submit these ASAP…)
Confirmations will be issued upon OFFICIAL release of start times.
2. Race Day Chase Flight Bookings will be STRICTLY LIMITED.
Applications will be placed into a Random Draw.
🎟️ How it Works
• Each team may enter ONCE ONLY
• Fill out an application form and nominate the section you’d most like to chase (this can not be guaranteed)
• We will be drawing a total of SIX chase flight requests (3 Bikes – 3 Cars) who will have a Chase Flight CONFIRMED
• ALL “winners” will be drawn at once, and will be allocated to a section firstly on safety of scheduling (CHH discretion) and secondly on teams’ preference
• Remaining applicants will stay in the draw, and may be chosen as an additional successful Chase Flight applicant (should placement timings allow!)
• If you choose not to accept the Flight Offered, your application will be passed in, and the available space re-drawn

📍 Pre-event; DM, text or email for a copy of the EOI / Booking Request Form.

Pre-event application forms will be distributed / accepted from 8am Monday 20th Oct.
📍 Thursday 24th – at the KDR 2025 Street Party (KBRC)
📍 Friday 25th – at the Circle H Heli-Pad (Start-Finish Line) @ the track
Last submissions for RACE DAY Chase Flight Applications will be;
BIKES – 1.00 pm FRIDAY
CARS – 5.30 pm FRIDAY
Results will be drawn at the CHH tent & successful Chase Flight Applicants will be contacted directly to confirm the Flight at:

📅 Friday, 6:00 pm - CARS
