Please remember, this is a very small business! If you have outstanding invoices these needs to be paid before Christmas! We have a few outstanding invoices which in turn effects our family. Please do the right thing, we wouldn’t do it to you! We have payment plans available as well as eftpos! We don’t want to have to keep chasing payments! This in turn effects our future customers :(

Hello my loyal followers ❤️ unfortunately we have had to put a new policy in place for every customer. We have been forced to take deposits for party packs or products ordered! If you have already ordered from us, DONT STRESS we will be in contact with you and sort out an option that works best for you! We also have payment plans available! We are sorry that this has happened but spending hours designing your party designs is the longest part of my job! - party cancellations are an exception and will be dealt with on an individual basis. We only allow spaces for a few a week so sometimes this means someone else misses out as well! We understand if you want to go another direction but ask that we be informed of this before the week/month of the event! I am a stay at home mumma with a lot on my plate so please understand that my time as well as your time is very valuable! Thankyou so much for understanding! We didn’t want to have to do this 💔💔
