The named recipient must collect their own parcel and present valid identification when collecting.
👥 If someone else is collecting on your behalf:
The named recipient must complete and sign a consent form authorising another person to collect the parcel.

Recipients are required to collect their parcels on the day they are received. Failure to collect a parcel on the day of delivery is at the recipient’s own risk.
In the event of theft, break and enter, loss, or damage to parcels that remain on the premises after delivery, Empowering Connections and Support Services (ECSS) accepts no liability for any resulting loss, damages, or associated costs.
Recipients are strongly encouraged to purchase appropriate parcel insurance directly through Australia Post or the relevant courier service to protect against loss or damage.
