We have experienced large downpours of rain on the Petite Bouche Farm in Queensland. Some varieties will not be available for a week, them being the Hot Mustard Mix varieties and Chervil.

We have reduced the price of Mesclun and Baby Spinach in 1.5 kg and 3 kgs. This is due to an amazing supply that is available. We do however have a very good supply of Wild Rocket coming out of Victoria.

Pick of the Week
Blush and Japanese Turnips are of the perfect size, full of flavour and we have a very good supply available. Use in salads or to accompany main dishes.

Pencil Leaks, French Breakfast Radish and Finger Fennel are all in good supply this week.

Weekly Petite Bouche & Export Fresh Update 8th - 13th April

Mixed Flowers, Torenias, Marigolds and Snap Dragons are of strong supply but other flowers may be limited.

Baby Broccoli, Petite French Radish, Finger Fennel and Pencil Leeks are in very good supply and now Blush and Japanese Turnips are in extremely good supply.

We have an amazing variety of mixed exotic mushrooms coming in a box of 1.5 kg from our Tasmania grower, such varieties include White Shimeji, Blue Shimeji, Nameko, Blue Shimofuri, Chestnut and Coral Tooth, or Lion’s Mane.

Mesclun, Baby Spinach and Wild Rocket are all in very good supply and are coming out of Tasmania & Victoria.

Baby Broccoli, French Radish, Finger Fennel and Pencil Leeks are in very good supply and now Blush and Japanese Turnips are in coming into an abundance due to our in increase in seeding.

Mixed Flowers, Torenias, Marigolds and Snap Dragons are of strong supply but other flowers may be limited.
