The winter sun today was exactly the mood boost I needed ☀️

I've been organising the flower room and planning markets & workshops for the coming seasons. Goodness I can't wait for spring. Give me armfuls of paper daisies please 🌸

🌱 Watching the plants grow through the cold months requires patience 🐌 They grow slowly, flower generously, and bring many months of joy once harvested and dried 🌸

❄️ In true winter style I have retreated, to hibernate by the fire... and drink lots of tea ☕️ I'm organising the workshop and planning out the rest of the year. I'm also fiddling around with the website (technology 😩)

I will defrost in August and return to the market scene with beautiful Australian wildflowers to share 🩷

Saturday evening spent foraging for banksia flowers and pods to dry 💛 Back in time I would have been an expert level gatherer 👌 I wonder what the neighbours were thinking when they saw me squatting under the tree like Gollum.

Wishing all the Mums a beautiful, restful day 🩷 I hope you get a moment to enjoy a sleep in, a hot coffee, and some quiet. I'm hoping to get out in the garden and plant out the billy buttons. It's work, but it's my happy place 💛 What would you love most today?

The farm gate stall is restocked and full today with everlasting florals 🌸 for that last minute something special and a treat for yourself too 🫶
