This weekend, we celebrate 50 years of the Gulgong Henry Lawson Heritage Festival.
Want to see why our town was voted the best small regional tourist town of NSW? This long weekend is the place to be.
Our streets are filled with market stalls and food hubs. Want a challenge, wheel barrow racing on Herbert Street.

Top prizes for the best dressed Henry Lawson & Louisa of all ages.
ANZAC Park will have Blue Springs Highland cows with their petting zoo.
Need a calming space, Sensi Toys will have activities set up for the kiddies.
Face Painting in the Memorial Hall, with the many activities the Scouts have organised.
Music Artists in Coronation Park and ANZAC Park.
CWA & Gulgong Henry Lawson Festival celebrate huge milestones 100 years for the CWA & Gulgong Henry Lawson Heritage Festival celebrates 50 years.
Celebrate with them while listening to our local talented muscians in the CWA Hall while enjoying a yummy morning tea.
Horse-drawn carriage rides take you through our historical streets, and a street parade like no other packed with bikes, tractors, and trucks from the by gone era.
Sunday, markets will continue along the footpaths, and the horse & carriage will continue with rides around town.
Monday, a very special tribute at a Poets Morning Tea at the RSL Club. Not to be missed!
And of course, what makes our town the best it is; our amazing businesses will all be open.
Pub meals, cafes, art, music, bakeries, boutiques, and much more...
