A glimpse behind the scenes – Flashback to early last year when we had the absolute pleasure of working with the brilliant Claire from Boho Farm to craft a very singular Gin for their cellar door in Mount Jagged.

Our smallest storyteller, aptly named Baird has spent the last year spinning many a tale, keeping us on our toes and enthralled with every new chapter.

Good things come in small packages!

Our tiniest copper pot still in the distillery was beautifully positioned on its own ‘stage’ - a custom made stainless steel table crafted by Michelle Mark Burns

Aptly named Baird, this tiny storyteller will begin to reveal a new spirited venture in the coming months.

Classically Juniper forward, a twist on a modern classic.
Lashings of Juniper, gentle costal daisy, subtle citrus notes from hills grown lemon and lime zest and a bevy of minor botanicals delicately balance out this unique Gin. 🌿
