We’re off to Fiji, eeep!! šŸŒ“šŸ¤Ž

Our little family is taking some much needed time to rest, reset and soak up some sunshine together.

From May 15th – May 25th, dispatch will pause while we take a short family break. Any orders placed during this time will be sent once we return home. āœˆļø

Travelling with a chronic illness can feel overwhelming sometimes, so we also wanted to share a few gentle travel tips for our Warriors. šŸ¤Ž

And of course… we never travel without our Hidden Disability Sunflower Lanyards. 🌻 Such a simple way to feel a little more supported while travelling with an invisible illness.

If you’re needing anything before we leave, we gently recommend placing your order before May 15th. šŸ«¶šŸ»

Thank you for always supporting our small business and this beautiful community. We appreciate you more than words will ever explain.

Tell us below šŸ‘‡ Where would your dream holiday be right now? ✨

Okay but be honest… šŸ‘€ you’ve got a flare building and you can ONLY pick 3 things… what’s going in your cart? šŸ›’

If it feels like your body is dealing with more than just Endo… you’re not imagining it.

It’s not just ā€œbad periods. It’s the bloating. The fatigue. The migraines. The anxiety.
And being told none of it is connected.

But the truth is, Endometriosis rarely comes alone.

So many of us are managing multiple conditions at once… while trying to explain pain people can’t see.

If you’ve ever felt dismissed or confused by your symptoms… there is nothing wrong with you.

Your body isn’t broken.
It’s asking for support. šŸ¤Ž

And you deserve comfort through every part of this, even on the hard days.

If you ever need that extra support, we’ve created pieces to help you feel a little more at ease in your body (whenever you’re ready).

So tell me Warrior… what’s one symptom you deal with that no one takes seriously?

ā€œSorry I can’t, I have plansā€ā€¦ and they look like this. šŸ™Š

Cancelled plans used to make me feel guilty… now they feel like survival.

šŸ›Œ Pjs on. Snacks ready. Comfort mode activated. No explaining. No pushing through. No pretending I’m okay.

Just a night where my body can finally breathe.

If you live with chronic pain, you know these aren’t ā€œboring Saturday nightsā€ā€¦they’re the ones that get you through. šŸ¤Ž

Save this for the nights you need permission to rest & tell me, what’s your go to comfort show right now? šŸ‘‡

Adenomyosis is often silent, misunderstood and brushed off for years… but the pain is REAL! šŸ¤

Too many Warriors are told it’s ā€œjust bad periodsā€ when in reality, this condition can deeply impact every part of life.. physically, mentally and emotionally.

This Adenomyosis Awareness Month, we’re breaking the silence and sharing facts that every single person deserves to know. Because when you finally understand what’s happening in your body… you stop blaming yourself for symptoms that were never your fault in the first place.

There is still so much work to do in getting women listened to, diagnosed earlier and supported properly and that starts with awareness, education, and conversations like this one.

If this post made you feel seen, validated, or even just a little more informed… please help us spread it further! šŸ¤ It might be the post that finally helps someone feel understood.

✨ Like to support awareness
✨ Save it for the days you need reminders
✨ Share it with someone who needs to hear they are not alone.

We are NOT doctors, please always seek medical advice from a qualified healthcare professional or your local emergency department if symptoms are severe or worsening.

Together, we keep fighting for better care, louder voices and real change. šŸ¤

Soft plans, safe spaces and listening to your body šŸ¤. Easter can still feel special, just at your pace and your way.

Save this for when you need a gentle reminder and share it with someone who might need a little extra support heading into Easter. 🫶

We wanted to share something really tender and honest with you. 🄺 After a lot of reflection and with Krystal’s health needing extra care right now, we’ve made the difficult decision to close all 2025 orders from November 27th. šŸ“¦ This gives us enough time to complete every order with the love and attention you deserve before Krystal’s hospital admission on December 1st. šŸ„

This wasn’t an easy choice… but sometimes slowing down is the kindest thing we can do for our bodies. Ensuring orders arrive before Christmas šŸŽ„ and giving Krystal the space she needs to focus on her health felt like the most compassionate way forward.

Any orders placed after November 27th will be lovingly packed and sent out from January 5th, 2026. šŸ“¦

Thank you, from the deepest part of our hearts, for understanding and supporting us through this chapter. Your kindness truly carries us. 🄹
And just a gentle reminder, we’re not doctors. šŸ„ If you ever have concerns about your own health, please reach out to your healthcare team or emergency department. You deserve proper care. šŸ¤

Thank you for understanding Warriors šŸ’›. Xx

I thought I could do it all again already. Pack orders, post, reply, create… But my body reminded me loud and clear: you’re still healing. šŸ˜”

One week post op and it’s finally hit me that I was rushing my recovery.
So now that all orders are officially up to date (thank you so much for your patience 🫶), I’ll be keeping the website closed until Monday 27.10 to give myself a few more days to properly rest.

The Endo & Eat Picnic is still full steam ahead for this Sunday and I can’t wait to see you all in person šŸ’›.

Thank you for always reminding me that I’m not Superwoman. I’m simply a warrior, just like you.

✨ Healing is hard. Rest is brave. And slowing down is okay.

šŸ•Šļø Drop a little šŸ’› below if you’re learning to listen to your body too, we can remind each other that rest is recovery.

I’m not going to lie… I’m actually scared. šŸ’›

Heading back into hospital isn’t easy and the thought of surgery brings a mix of hope and fear. Chronic illnesses like PCOS, Endometriosis, Adenomyosis, IC and all the invisible battles we face are scary. They take so much from us.. our energy, our plans, our sense of normal.

Almost six weeks of ongoing pain and uncertainty has left me feeling exhausted, vulnerable and honestly… afraid. But even in the fear, I’m holding onto hope that this surgery for my bladder will bring some relief and healing.

To anyone out there struggling with their own chronic illness, please remember it’s okay to feel scared. It’s okay to feel vulnerable. And it’s okay to lean on others for support. You are not alone. šŸ’›

Thank you for being here, for holding space and for reminding me that even in the darkest moments, we have a community that cares. šŸŽ—ļø
