Nanoguard® WRC™ is a Nanotechnology lubricant & corrosion preventive with excellent moisture displacement,
friction & wear reducing properties.
Product Features & Benefits
• Excellent long lasting lubrication.
• Penetrates to free rusted, frozen or stuck parts.
• Displaces moisture leaving a protective tungsten disulphide nano coating to prevent further short term moisture ingress.
• Rapid evaporation of the product to deposit an even preventative film.
• Leaves a thin protective nano coating for protection in storage and transportation.
• Resists contamination from both acidic and alkali sources.
• Has a low aromatic content.
Application
Application method: spray, brush, dip or roller onto the surface to be treated, allow to dry. Rapidly displaces water from metal parts that have been through a process involving the use of;
• Water or water based products such as machining with soluble oils, semi synthetic or synthetic cutting fluids, electroplating,
• And/or the final rinsing process. It leaves a thin incredibly robust Nano coating on the parts for corrosion and water protection whilst equipment is in storage or being transported.
