Respectfully… I could never run Luisa Luxe like a cold corporate business 🤷🏻‍♀️

Tell me I’m wrong but the whole ‘keep work and personal life separate’ mindset was never for me 🤍

My daughter is at the stores.
My husband works in the business.
My staff are some of my closest friends.
Our meetings happen on FaceTime from the couch.
Our brainstorms happen sending reels from bed at 7am.
Sometimes work looks more like life and honestly… I genuinely wouldn’t want it any other way.

I never wanted to build a workplace where everyone clocks in, keeps their head down and goes home emotionally disconnected from what they’re building, I spent 7 years in one of those and it’s not for me.

I wanted to build something that my team are as invested in as I am.
A business where we all genuinely care about each other, the customers and the brand itself.

It might sound ‘unprofessional’ to some people.
But I honestly think people can feel when a brand is built with real relationships and genuine love behind it 🤍
