🌿 A Heartfelt Apology and Update from Our Family Business 🌿
We want to sincerely apologise for the extreme delays many of you are experiencing or have experienced recently. Unfortunately, a major technical fault outside of our control within the postage solutions we use caused upheaval. Without warning or support, we were moved to an alternative system — which didn’t set up correctly, leaving us to eventually manually enter hundreds of parcel labels just to get your orders on their way.
As you can imagine, this has also created a wild increase in emails and messages from customers both following up on delayed parcels and trying to place new orders that were being rejected when an attempted fix caused a complete shut down of our postage rates.
💚 The good news is that we’ve now been able to reopen orders and are catching up as quickly as possible starting with some orders from some very patient souls that have waited some weeks at this point. This couldn’t have come at a more challenging time - as we juggle Christmas stock payments, ongoing COVID recovery loan repayments, and recent family bereavement and health challenges and have not been able to fulfill or take orders. It has truly been a whirlwind few months.
To everyone who has continued to support us through this; you make an incredible difference. Your patience, kindness, and loyalty help us keep going and remind us why we love what we do.
We’re working tirelessly to overcome these hurdles and bring a little more festive joy your way soon.
