✨ Have you ever heard of fascia before?
A few years ago, I believed healthy skin was simply about what we put on it.
Then I discovered fascia, a web of connective tissue that wraps around every muscle in your body, including the tiny muscles of your face. When it becomes dehydrated, tight or restricted, it can affect circulation, lymphatic flow, muscle tension and even the way our skin looks.

Process so far on this translucent porcelain lamp ✨ the firing is still to come and I genuinely cannot wait. I documented almost everything… the horse relief placement and mould-making were apparently too absorbing for my camera to exist. Zero footage. Just clay dust and pure joy. The glow-up is coming. Literally. 🔥
