This might be the cutest fare evader we’ve seen 🐨🚌
After a close call with oncoming traffic, this curious koala needed a helping hand. 🐾

Luckily, a quick-thinking bus driver stepped in, carefully bringing the young Aussie native safely onboard and calling experts for help... no tapping on required! Claws and go cards don’t mix anyway 😉

What a legend... thank you driver!

The leaf-loving koala is now back among the gum trees... probably telling his mates that catching public transport beats busy roads any day 🌳

👉 Reminder - if you see wildlife on or near roads, buses, trains or stations, please don’t handle them yourself. Contact your nearest animal rescue service so trained professionals can help.

When fares are 50 cents, even the wildlife takes notice. 🌿
