✨ Sour Cream + Onion Smashed Potatoes ✨
Crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside and topped with the dreamiest sour cream + onion sauce 🤤
These are ridiculously easy to make and perfect for your next dinner party… or just when your regular baked potatoes need a little upgrade 🥔

Tofutti Sour Cream 340g - $2 - BBD: 21/05/26.

680g small potatoes rinsed rinsed and dried
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp garlic powder
Olive oil
Dip ingredients:
1/2 cup greek yogurt
1/4 cup sour cream
1 tbsp fresh chives
1/4 tsp of each:
Garlic powder
Onion powder
Salt
1/8 tsp ground pepper
Combine dip ingredients in a bowl and refrigerate for minimum 30 minutes or up to overnight.
Boil small round potatoes for 15 minutes until fork tender. Preheat oven to 425.
Drain potatoes. Once cool enough to handle, add onto a lined baking sheet.
Smash each potato with a potato masher or even just the back of a cup with an even surface. Drizzle with a generous amount of olive oil and season with salt and garlic powder.
Bake for 25 minutes or until crispy, flipping once. Ps if you don’t flip it’s still amazing.
Once golden and crunchy top with sour cream sauce and fresh chives. Enjoy ☺️
