Seeing this everyday makes me smile - the end result of my tall-ish vase. Lately I’ve been focusing on mental health and I try to make time to exercise every couple of days and working on pottery whenever I can. Basically small moments of reflection. Hoping everyone is staying well and healthy.

Snuck in a quick trimming session at the studio today (perhaps last in awhile?). Old mate wanted to come and he was fascinated as this is the first time he’s seen me on the wheel. Very cathartic given the current COVID situation around the world. Hoping everyone stays sane and well in self isolation.
