These are some of the questions we get weekly. We know most of you still believe is hard to grow beautiful rainforest trees in Melbourne, but we been doing it for decades and you can too!

We have been growing hundreds of these beautiful Warrigal Greens pots in the background for months and now they are ready!

Warrigal Greens, also known as Native Spinach, it's one of the staple Australian bush tuckers. This can be also found in New Zealand and in some remote areas of Chile anf Argentina.

Compare to our more common European spinach that we are use to this one has broader foliage. The leaves are more "meaty", slightly savoury and with a tiny touch of bitterness at the end. Use Warrigals in any recipes instead of normal spinach, chard etc. but remember to blench them first.

Warrigal Greens can be grown easily in pots or garden raising beds. They are naturally ground covers, so if not under control they will wildly expand over your garden.

Soon available as ingredient for wholesale orders in 1Kg minimum quantities.

We are back into our Fresh Finger Limes season down here in Victoria and what's better than that?

We have started slowly hand harvesting some of the fruit that are ready on our trees until late-February when we start the main harvest.

Interested in trying some? Get in touch with us! We have small 125g packs ready if you are not ready to commit to bigger amounts.

Can't be bothered cleaning the fruit? We got you covered with our 100% pure Finger Lime Caviar pearls. These are blast frozen to retain up to 75% of the original texture and with almost no seeds to clean. Ready to spoon our and eat as you need it.

Our Sunrise Limes are just slowly forming on the trees! 🥰🍋

We are definitely looking forward to harvest these precious fruits filled with tiny little gems. We have fruit frozen available for sale almost all year round in our warehouse.

Say hello 👋 to Grevilleas!

This native flower has around 300 varieties spaning around Australia 🇦🇺

Grevilleas are a popular flower to grow here within Australia due to their beautiful flowers and hardiness to grow in a range of locations and soil conditions.

This week sourced them for to help them take us on a tour through the North of South America through the Andes to very south of South America with a traditional dish from each country.

This meal will have a flare of Native ingredients to express the importance of locally sourced ingredients.
