Valhalla’s founder and CEO served in the infantry for many years on numerous deployments, and has firsthand knowledge on the importance of lightening the load. He tasked our R&D team to design our gear with multiple uses.

They have taken the US issued poncho, that is a vital piece of kit when the heavens open and you have to get up for piquet, and redesigned the poncho to incorporate the components of the hoochie. You can quickly deploy the poncho as a shelter, when the conditions demand more than your standard Bivi bag.
