Hyundai Santa Fe

Pictured is one of our vehicles which we use to support clients with travel to important appointments such as Doctors, Dentist, Physio, Chiropractor and much more.

We also use this vehicle for everyday supports like shopping and social outings.

For those that may have mobility limitations with the height of the vehicle we also have a Hyundai I40 which is a lot lower to the ground for easier entry.

Some Availability Coming Soon

We are expecting some availabilities to open up very soon with a few clients from the Gemfields moving into Emerald to be closer to their support sytems.

If you need support getting into Emerald from a surrounding town for Medical/Specialist appointments or everyday jobs like shopping and are with the Ndis system or Ozcare, we may be able to help.

We service the Central Highlands and are based in Emerald. We can help support you in everyday tasks like shopping, going to the bank, Paying bills via the post office etc. We can also support you on social outings.

We have a great relationship with Yumba Bimbi and Ozcare Emerald and are welcome to collaborate with our support organizations.

What can we do for you?
For Ozcare and Ndis Clients

🚗General Transport- we get you from A to B and back. Phsyio, chemist, doctor, dentist, shops, events etc

🩺Medical Appointment support- if you are hard or hearing, need someone to take notes or would just like a friendly face with you

🫁Long Distance/Specialist appt- we regularly take clients from Central Highlands to places like Rockhampton, Mackay and Gladstone. We can also stay overnight.

🛒Everyday tasks- we can carry shopping bags, push trolleys, assist with access to community

👥️Companionship- were time permits we can join you for outings in the community

🩼Emergency pick-ups(regular clients only) if your at home sick or injured we can grab your click and collect, medication etc) We will only do this with clients we have had on board with us for a period of time due to our medication policy.
These are the basic week to week duties we can provide but if you have a request outside these please contact us. If we can't do it we will refer you to a support agency who can.

🔸️Please just be mindful we are usually booked a week or so in advance. Sometimes you can book with us on short notice. We also allocate 15mins buffers either side of most appointments to factor in travel to next client.

Yes we can. Generally only longer distances and we have to book in advance. Each transfer will be unique so please call Jay on 0448 154 231 or PM us.

In the past we have transferred people from Kestrel Coal, Tieri, Blackwater, Clermont to the Emerald Airport.

Did you know we do transfers to specialist appointments in Rocky and Mackay?

This week we had a return day trip booked in from Emerald to Rockhampton for our client to see their Cardiologist. We stay with the client for the duration and assist with any access needs.

We can also assist with the appointment if the client is hard of hearing or we can take notes for the client.

We collaborate closely with Yumba Bimbi Support Services via a referral system similar to Ozcare.

Our support encompasses transport, daily tasks, and select companionship services, regularly reaching Emerald, Capella, and the Gemfields. If you're affiliated with Yumba Bimbi, please request a referral for extra transport needs. Yumba Bimbi Support Services

How can we provide support to the aged care industry?

We currently suppport Ozcare in Emerald to transport and assist clients with local medical appointments( doctor; phsyio, dentist, podiatrist etc ) and specialist consultations in Rockhampton, Mackay, Gladstone. No drive is too drive is to far.
Additionally, we aid with minor tasks such as shopping and community access.

Recognizing our limitations, we leave personal care to professionals like Ozcare. By assisting with their clients travel it enables Ozcare to focus on in-home care and everyday support.

If our services are required please reach out to Ozcare to contact us for assistance through refferal.
