Eat breakfast like a champion this weekend.

Stop by Foodies Market IGA Langley Park, East Perth and grab;
- 1 carton of free range or barn laid eggs
- 1 green capsicum
- 1 tomato
- 2 sausages
- Olive oil
- A loaf of sourdough
- Real butter
- 1 Avocado

How To
1. Pre-heat a bit of butter, lard or ghee in a pan, turn up the heat med-high and melt the butter. Don't use olive oil, the good qualities turn bad when exposed to high heat.
2. Pan-fry your sausages until they are well browned, then set them aside and cover to keep warm.
3. Add a pinch of salt and black pepper to your eggs, turn the heat down on your pan and cook how you like. Omelette, scrambled or fried. It's all good.
4. Clean and chop your pepper and tomato. Add them to your omelette or fry them up next to your eggs.
5. Omelette cook time - about 3 mins each side.
6. Then place it all on some buttered sourdough toast with sliced avo on the side.

*double it if you are cooking for two.
