Tayta’s Maamoul

My Tayta use to make the best Maamoul… yes I know, I’m a bit biased. A delicious Middle Eastern semolina butter pastry with walnut, pistachio or date fillings, made with touches of rose and orange blossom water. A delight to share with family or friends with a cup of tea or coffee usually at Easter time.

A tribute to an amazing woman who inspired me with my baking. Always in my heart 🤍✝️

The last week has arrived for our Christmas season trading. Due to the overwhelming demand over the last few years, we have extended our trading days till Saturday, 27th December. Above is the Castle Towers trading hours, swipe across for Macquarie Centre hours 👉

Impressions Cake Design will be back in action in January for limited dates. All existing enquiries will be attended to over the Christmas break. All new enquiries will be attended to from Tuesday, January 6th, 2026 xx
