Hello Friends. Thanks for your patience with us over the last few weeks. I am please to announce that the Dural Family Store will RE-OPEN this week.

Since we have to operate under the current Governement Covid rules we are only able to allow FULLY VACCINATED people (staff, volunteers and customers) into the store at the moment.

The MAXIMUM number of customers we can allow in the store at one time is 26.

We would appreciate your understanding and cooperation on these matters.

We do still have some staffing challenges so our opening hours will be…
Monday - Closed

Tuesday- OPEN - 9am - 4pm
Wednesday - OPEN - 9am- 4pm

Thursday - Closed
Friday - Closed

Saturday - OPEN - 9am-12:30pm

We would be grateful to receive your donations ONLY on the days we are OPEN.
THAT WILL HELP TO KEEP OUR CENTRE TIDY AND SAFE.

We hope you are well and we look forward to seeing you back in our store soon.

To our valued customers and friends,

As the restrictions ease from today, the Salvation Army Family Store at Dural will remain closed.

We are checking with all our volunteers to see who is able and willing to work in the store so that we can know if we can operate for a full week or not. We are also working through all the logistics needed to open and meet the current requirements.

Please continue to hold your donations at this time so that we can get the store ready again to be open.

We will announce when the store is ready to open.

Thank you to our loyal customers for being patient whilst we navigate lockdown restrictions and easing of restrictions.

We are currently waiting on advice in relation to how to navigate the safety issues around vaccination and liability issues businesses are navigating. We are wanting to ensure the safety of our staff and volunteers as well as our customers. For these reasons, it is unlikely that we will reopen on 11 October.

We will provide an update on our re-opening when we have a firm date.

We thank you for holding your donations at home during lockdown as it has enabled us to keep our property clean and tidy!
