With a lot of sadness (and a whole lot of love), we’ve decided that our time freeze-drying your favourite treats has come to an end. This little adventure has meant so much to us, and that’s all because of YOU.

To everyone who has supported us whether you purchased from us, shared our posts, or simply cheered us on thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Your kindness and encouragement have meant more than you’ll ever know.

🎉✨ Flossy turns ONE this month! ✨🎉

If you’ve walked through our doors this past year, you’ve seen the smiles, the sugar rushes, the kids dishing out lollies like pros, and the chaos that somehow always ends in sprinkles. But behind the scenes, our family changed in a very unexpected way. It’s been a year filled with incredible loss, trauma, and trying our best to hold it all together with sticky tape and sugar.

Flossy became our lifeline. Coming to work hasn’t just kept ME sane and distracted, it’s also given the kids a place to laugh, stay busy, connect with their community and find a little sparkle when life felt heavy. Our beautiful regulars that feel more like friends than customers, being recognised around town as the lolly shop kids, getting welcomed by our amazing community and being so lucky to be surrounded by amazing businesses that have been such a help and support (probably more than you realise). Just recently, we’ve had a bit more clarity on what’s ahead, and I’m so thankful we have Flossy to keep bringing sugar and smiles to our days.

Every scoop, every lolly bag, every late-night clean-up has been about giving my kids stability and sweetness when life handed us anything but. And you know what? We made it. ONE WHOLE YEAR. 🥳

So here’s to all of you who kept us afloat with your candy cravings, your birthday party chaos, your “just one more scoop” moments, and your support. You’ve been part of something much bigger than sugar... you’ve been part of us rebuilding.

Stick around, because Year Two is going to be even bigger, brighter, and cheekier. (And maybe stickier too, but that’s just part of the charm 💁‍♀️).

💛 An Update from Us 💛

We’ve made the difficult decision to close our online store. Unfortunately, we just haven’t had enough interest to keep it running. We want to say a huge thank you to everyone who has supported us online every order, like, share, and kind message has meant so much.

But don’t worry, this isn’t goodbye! You’ll still be able to find us at local markets and in the stores we stock. We’re excited to keep bringing you all your favourites (and a few new goodies too!) just in person rather than online.
