What I loved about 'Tea Time' while journeying with is that we didn't just switch on the kettle or use microwave ovens to heat up our meals.

We actually enjoyed our time together while preparing our tea. It was like going back in time and rejoicing the ways of the past...when life seemed peaceful and more grounded ❤️🙏❤️

I use to feel guilty taking time out for myself to 'Relax'. It was only when I started to invest time on 'Me' and partake with that I began to realize the importance of Relaxation❣️

Slowing down the 'hustle and bustle' of everyday life and actually spending quality time on Myself helped me to clear my mind, which in turn helped me to begin healing from past traumas and issues. Investing time on ME was the best gift that I could of given myself.
