Forgot “dessert”… this choc mousse is basically breakfast 😅🍫
Protein-rich, super easy, and a healthier take on mousse — I legit ate it this morning because I forgot I made it yesterday (no regrets) 🙋♀️
Chocolate Mousse Jars
- 1 cup yoghurt (I use Chobani Greek Vanilla Protein)
- 1 scoop Tassie Wellness Vanilla Casein
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp maple syrup (adjust to your liking)
- 1 tbsp gelatine dissolved in 1/2 cup water
Blend it all up, pour into jars, then chill in the fridge until set.
Naturally high in B2 + B12, plus calcium, minerals, and protein — and it packs a massive 26.7g protein per serve 💪
