Once Upon A Time will be closing early today at 2pm out of respect for Constable Keith Smith, his family, friends and colleagues. Our hearts and thoughts will be with them on this difficult day. Cherie, Kathryn, Janice & Sam.

Today we farewell Constable Keith Smith with full ceremonial honours.

Join us in lining the streets and paying tribute to Keith as he makes his final journey.

▶ Devonport (from 2.30 pm): Members of the public are encouraged to line Victoria Parade (from Nicholls Street) as the procession travels along Bluff Road, up to William Street.

▶ Ulverstone (from 3.30pm): The procession will travel past Ulverstone Police Station along Victoria Street, turn into Reibey Street, and continue to Kings Parade.

IT'S BARBIE TIME!!!

Meet Pickles. She is 6 weeks old and was attacked by a large dog. She will need surgery and lots of intensive care.

Pickles was surrendered to us via a veterinary hospital. She has a broken jaw and she is unable to close her mouth.
Today she will have a general anaesthetic for a CT scan of her head and jaw to find out what damage has occurred so she can then have surgery to repair her jaw. She will also have a stitch up of minor wounds.

Putting Pickles back together will be expensive and will require intensive aftercare at Brightside but we would like her to have the chance to live a long and happy life.
