I recently had the opportunity to create a series of weaving kits for Strong Women Talking - a grassroots, Aboriginal-led initiative supporting and empowering women through connection, culture and community care.

Their work holds space for women to come together, yarn, heal and support one another, especially those impacted by domestic and family violence. It’s deeply grounded in strength, resilience and cultural identity.

Being able to contribute to that space through weaving - something so connected to our stories, our hands and our Ancestors - was really meaningful.

Grateful to play a small part in the work they’re doing 💜🌿
