The White Spot prawn virus is a lesson for us all. Please DO NOT use imported prawns intended for human consumption as bait.

The White Spot prawn virus has unfortunately appeared in SE Queensland again. Diseases such as White Spot have the potential to devastate industries and ecosystems here in Australia. Once these diseases get out into the environment, there's not much that can be done to eradicate them.
