To all members who wish to obtain a copy of the financials, there will be made available to obtain this afternoon from the hall after 6pm till 7
If you require proxy forms, please inform us by email in advance of the number you will need. Kindly note that all proxy forms are individually numbered for office use and record-keeping purposes.
Please note, proxy forms can only be for each individual that holds a valid full KBD membership.
If there are multiple members of a family that hold full KBD memberships, each individual member must complete a seperate proxy form. Whole families cannot be on the one form.
People that hold social KBD memberships are able to attend the meeting, ask any questions they would like, but are not able to vote at the meeting.
Social Members may act as a proxy holder for a Full Member, subject to the provisions of the Constitution.”
