🌿 Embracing Sustainability, One Glass Tube at a Time 🌍

At JINOKI 地の気 from The Zen Concept stall, we are proud to introduce our eco-conscious packaging. We've chosen glass tubes over plastic for our products because we believe in taking care of both the products in delicate containers and our precious Earth. 🌱

Why glass tubes, you ask? 🥂 Glass not only adds a touch of elegance but also reflects our commitment to sustainability. Plastic pollution is a global concern, and we believe that every small step towards change counts. 🌊

Our journey towards a greener future starts here, as we urgently need to pay attention to eco-friendly methods in our daily lives and product packaging. 🌏 Every glass tube is a nod to our dedication to making a difference. 🌟

But there's more to it! These glass tubes offer superior storage quality for our exquisite Japanese artisan tea, honoring the hard work of tea farmers. 🍵

Join us on this sustainable adventure! Together, we can sip our tea and make a positive impact on our planet. 🌎💚

The landscape of Kyoto tea farm has been formed over 800 years with the progress of tea production. Its amazing scenic beauty has been designated and registered as the first Landscape Property of Kyoto Prefecture.

Clear air, the natural conditions such as climate, soil and the fog from river bring out the umami of tea and it is said to be the most suitable place for tea cultivation.

In 2nd May, it was Hachiju-hachiya (八十八夜). It means the 88th night after the first day of spring on the traditional Japanese calendar. It is an important day to the tea farmers in Japan as it is the best period of the year to pick tea.

The tea picked during this period has the best quality and promotes a long life. During this fresh green season, tea leaves get ready for harvest. The newly harvested leaves are processed and turned into several different types of tea.
