Happy Tuesday
I just realised Fathers Day is coming up so a male card was needed for my upcoming class.
Game Night is a very old retired SU stamp set . I have gone with another wiper card .
This checkerboard background is easy to replicate. I have cut 3cm x 3cm black squares and laid them out on white card to give me the black and white checks. Front white card is 9cmx9cm and back white card is 9cm x 12cm. Then just add your preferred mats.
I wanted some checkers (draughts) for the board and found a free printable sheet on Pinterest. Just search - Printable Checkers.
I die cut them out and coloured the white ones red as I liked the contrast. The other pieces are from my stamp set. I did stamp the dice in versamark on a black piece of card and use white embossing powder and a heat gun to make white glossy dice. The other set I did in black ink with clear embossing powder on a white cardstock.
This is a fun card that I am sure will appeal to a lot of ages.
We have been away up North for a few days . Caught these kangaroos having a feed. And a W***y Wagtail . 🤗. Okay I know you want to say it - (Getting a “Birds Eye view😂!)

A couple of different cards today.
The “Puppy Ears card” was a big hit with the kids. You pull the tongue down and the ears lift up then you can move tongue from side to side and the ears will wiggle!
You can find lots of videos and tutorials on Pinterest. Just search Puppy Ears card. I will say you need the slit for the tongue to be down between the eyes and nose. And a small piece between the ears that is attached the head and the back of the card to stop the ears from popping out. (Not all tutorials showed that and I did view a few).
Then I needed a quick 21st card. Used some retired products. I tried to think modern and young. Hope I managed it?

Happy Tuesday
New Last Chance items are up in the Last Chance section of the online shop at Stampin Up Australia. Make sure to check it out!
A Faux Triple Side Step card today. This is made with a base 15cm x 18 cm. Score along 18 side every 3 cm. 3cm, 6, 9, 12,15. Then fold concertina style, mountain, valley, mountain, valley etc .
Add on the left side a folded card 7cm x 21cm.
On the left side you can add two pieces of card stock varying sizes. 8cm x 8cm and the one in front 5cm x 8 cm.
I have used current Hydrangea Hue colour for base and a pattern paper that is a sneak peak coming in the September-December catalogue.
The cups and teapot are very old SU retired sets as is the flowers.

Edited- this is called a Tiered Wiper Card. (I got the name wrong!- it is a side wiper card. Can also be called a Triple Tiered Wiper Card)
I do not have a tutorial however you can find ones from Cary’s Creative Table and also Mixed Up Crafts have one. Also search in Pinterest under Tiered Wiper Card.

A Classic I just had to dig out for this tiered wiper card. Using Hydrangea Hue and the lovely In Colour Gingham designer paper.

Happy Tuesday.
A special birthday calls for an extra special card.
I have been wanting to try the double vision technique (where every second strip of paper is raised up) so thought it would be the perfect opportunity using the Velvet meadow designer paper. This paper also got a double feature as I used it inside as well.
A nice pop up when the card opens and I think this card turned out beautifully.

Another quick card today. With an interesting colour combo.
This one is a good one to CASE.
Current products
Barely Blush, Coastal Cabana, Cajun Craze Pretty Peacock cardstock. Retired Daisy punch and leaf punch.
Filled with Sweetness dies for the flower frame.
Retired emboss folder I can’t remember the name of haha.
If you don’t have a wavy die this would look good just with straight cut strips too.
Everything on this card could be substituted with something you already have.
Just dig out your favourite leaf and flowers and embossing folder. The fancy frame could be any die or punch even just a cut square if you didn’t have one.
Why not give it a go?

I have bought a pack so stay tuned Bit busy this week though, it is school holidays and there are sleepovers and parties. Everything happens at once! Haha. But I love it!
