I was inspired by the unique look and sound of the archtop guitar.

The sound of the great jazz guitar players like Herb Ellis, Barnet Kessel, Joe Pass, Tal Farlow, Martin Taylor and many others live in concert blew me away.... Frankston Guitar Festival allowed me to appreciate makers, along with artists like Martin Taylor.

I got hold of Bob Benedetto's book and started the long process of sourcing timber and tools and working out designs.

I build archtop guitars from Australian and European tone woods, full body and cutaway designs, hand carved tops and backs. French polish finish, quality hardware and electrics.

Made to order bespoke instruments, waiting time ~ 4-5 mths.
