How to build your Ezy Hex driveway in 3 steps:

1. Create the base
Excavate if needed, then level and smooth the area. Lay 50–100mm of road base or gravel and compact well to form a solid, even foundation. Add geotextile fabric for improved drainage if required.

2. Lay the system
Measure and cut your Ezy Hex grids to suit the space. Position and click each panel together, forming a seamless interlocking surface. Anchor the outer edges with pins to keep everything secure under load.

3. Finish the surface
Fill with 10–15mm gravel, decorative rock or soil. Lightly overfill, then compact to lock it all in. Rake across for a smooth, clean finish that looks natural and holds firm over time.

Choosing the right gravel can make the difference between a surface that stays solid… and one that shifts, sinks or spreads over time.

If you’re planning a driveway, caravan bay, garden path or backyard project with EZY HEX, here are a few quick tips 👇
