Recently, one Aurora BIP experienced significant paint damage after being exposed to extreme heat during shipping.

To better protect future deliveries, we have now started placing temperature indicator labels inside the aircraft boxes. This allows us to monitor whether the package has been exposed to extreme temperatures during transit, and gives us clearer information if any issue occurs.

At VLV, every small incident is treated seriously. When something unexpected happens, we do our best to understand the cause, improve the process, and prevent the same problem from happening again.

Thank you to all our customers for your trust and support. We will continue improving every detail, from product quality to packaging and delivery.

The Stratos 200 has been extremely popular since release, and stock is still limited. If you have been waiting for one, now is a good time to place your order before this batch sells out.

Please note: the first-batch promotional upgrade with the carbon fibre blades has now finished. New Stratos 200 kits will come with the standard AZ195 carbon-reinforced plastic blades, as supplied by XLPower.

We have also prepared strong parts support for Stratos 200 owners, with a wide range of replacement parts now available in stock.
