Central Place Sydney will be a place for coming together - and the wheels of collaboration are already turning.​

We’re thrilled to be working with not one, not two, but three amazing architecture partners to see the CPS vision come to life. The collaboration between Fender Katsalidis Architects, Skidmore, Owings & Merrill and Edition Office, has resulted in a brains trust of individuals who know how to create spaces of connection. “It’s a really interesting and collaborative opportunity… I think every practice can offer a different perspective and viewpoint. It’s about how we get the best out of all of those unique backgrounds.” Says Craig Baudin, Director at Fender Katsalidis.​

I think what’s really exciting about Central Place Sydney (CPS) is that it feels like a truly diverse precinct and the collaborative approach is what’s really bringing that out.

We’re pleased to announce the DA has been approved by City of Sydney for Central Place Sydney. A joint venture between Dexus and Frasers Property Australia, CPS will further bolster Sydney’s city-shaping tech district.

Located adjacent to Sydney’s Central Station, the circa $3 billion project will introduce more than 130,000 square metres of commercial space to the surrounding area, becoming the largest Premium-grade workplace available in Tech Central Sydney and boasting world-leading sustainable design.

Just installed - our massive 1.7m x 2.7m neighbourhood model that will take pride of place in our CPS Suite. Hand-crafted and sustainably made by the talented Make Models team, it delivers on our core values.

- Made of 90% solid wood (utilising off-cuts and recycled wood)
- approx. 90% of the materials are biodegradable and 80% are recyclable
- the base and plinth are made with sustainable and/or recycled woods.

All made at Makemodel's 100% Carbon Neutral Workshop.
